Excellent Stay near Asok BTS
cute staff clean room excellent advice
The staff was cute. Jaajaa at reception was always smiling and offered excellent advice. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room each day. The housekeeping service was consistent. I liked the proximity to the bts asok station, it made getting around the area easy.
The room i stayed in did have a slight musty smell when the air conditioning wasn't running.

strange smell burnt coffee
The room they gave me wasnt great. there was a strange smell in the room and it was way too dark. i had trouble adjusting the air conditioning. It was either freezing cold or too hot. the breakfast was also a letdown. Not much to choose from and the coffee tasted burnt. this experience wasn't good at all.

clean room quiet street rooftop pool
The staff was cute. They helped me immediately with a late check-out. i liked the rooftop pool. It had ample space. the room was very clean and the daily cleaning service was thorough. i appreciated the quietness, despite the central location!
the coffee machine in the lobby was occasionally out of order.

Breakfast had a good variety of choices. I saw eggs, vegetables, fruits, hot dishes, cold dishes and pastries. the selections catered to different tastes. the hotel offers options that include breakfast, which i found convenient.

rude staff minimal options
I was disappointed by the breakfast. Options were minimal and the cafeteria staff was rude. They refused to serve before the actual closing time. Basics like hot milk and fresh-cut fruits were missing. That was frustrating.

Fantastic Serviced Apartment!

The staff responded very promptly to all our messages prior to arrival, which I appreciated. The location is really great. There was a 7-Eleven located just around the corner near the hotel. It was very convenient. Staff at the front counter seemed helpful and cheerful to me.
The gym needs a bit of an update, though it was functional.

The hotel is suitable for both short stays and work trips. I think it is perfect. The reception operates 24/7. Security guards were cute and helped with cabs. Luggage handling was smooth.

The room was spacious. There was also a kitchenette and a microwave. This made the space useful for travelling. The room had a nice layout, but I think a few more lights would have made the space even better.

Breakfast included Thai options. Rice, vegetables, meat and noodles were available. The coffee seemed very good. The orange juice tasted genuine to me. It was good that they had some fruit available.

The staff were very helpful. They were all very nice. I loved that the staff let me check-in early. They also stored my bag on the day of departure. This was really convenient for my travel plans.
